Only between Portimão and Lagoa. The seven developments we have built since 2000 are in Alvor, Portimão and Ferragudo, all within six and a half kilometres of each other. It is where we live and the only area we work in.
What is for sale right now?
Azure Residences, in Má Partilha, Alvor: eighteen two and three bedroom apartments, seventeen of which are already taken. Quinta das Palmeiras, in Portimão, has not opened for sale yet.
When will Azure Residences be finished?
Completion is expected in October 2026.
Do the apartments have an energy certificate?
Every unit at Azure Residences has an A energy rating.
How much is an apartment at Quinta das Palmeiras?
Prices have not been set yet. Leave us your details and you will be among the first to know when sales open.
Can I buy if I do not live in Portugal?
Yes. There are no restrictions on foreign or non resident buyers of property in Portugal. You will need a Portuguese tax number, which is obtained before the deed.
Who is Futuro Recente?
The current projects are developed by Oportunidade Promissora Construções, formed in 2023 and owned by Futuro Recente and Optihabit. It is managed by Vasco Abreu and António Figueiredo, and the partners have been developing and building in the Algarve since 2000.
